CONTAINERS.

This is a selection of a larger body of work, soft-sculpture in mixed media, a shape based on the classic American tomato pincushion. [Materials: tuille, thread, button, found material. Dimensions: approx. 3”.]  Selections of this work have been presented at the Siena Art Institute, (Siena, Italy), the Smith & Jones Gallery (Brooklyn, NY), South Street Gallery (Greenport, NY), and previewed at the Three Rivers Salon (Spuyten Duyvil, NY). Large format prints in private collections. Containers have also been featured in print and online journals including You Are Here: The Journal of Creative Geography and Drafthorse.
